APPLICATION PROCESS
MIS offers a streamlined application process, available both online and in person. The steps for each process are as follows:
1.Online Application

Online Application just follow the steps bellow:
a. Download the application form.
b. Complete the required fields.
c. Upload the completed form.
d. Attach all required documents.
e. Submit your application.
f. A response will be sent to you via email.

2.Physical Application
|
For physical aplication follow the bellow steps
a. Collect the application form from the Reception Office.
b. Complete the required fields.
c. Attach certified copies of all required documents.
d. Return the completed form to the Reception Office.
e. A response will be sent to you via email.
